Autel’s Very Own Evo Drone Makes Its Debut
Is that moment finally here? Will the DJI Mavic Pro have some serious competition? Well, it’s your job to decide; we, on the other hand, offer you some extra information. Autel Robotics, a company that specializes in the sale of drone and aerial photography devices, is back in business. The company kicked off CES 2018 will the release of their first portable aircraft, the Evo Drone. The newly designed compact aircraft comes packed full of intelligent flight features, such as a 4K camera on a 3-axis gimbal, which promises a full 94-degrees of field of view and high definition footages at 60 Frames per Second. Rear and Front sensors allow EVO fly with multiple intelligent flight modes and obstacle avoidance., although the built-in 3.3 inch OLED screen with live HD dual-band transmission and a 7KM range is not to be ignored either.
Are you thirsty for more? Good. The company has more to offer with this drone. The people over at DroneDJ.com have taken this release seriously, which is why they’ve discussed the similarities between the new Evo and the Mavic Pro. Compatible with both iOS and Android device, the AUTEL EXPLORER™ APP connects with the Evo, allowing users to access autonomous flight modes such as Orbit, GPS Follow, Dynamic Track, Viewpoint, and Waypoint mission planning/ Pricing has yet to be announced, but I guess deliveries will start soon enough and we’ll find out.
